At Novatec Enginyers we treat your data with absolute confidentiality, committing ourselves to keeping it secret and guaranteeing the duty of conservation. We take all necessary measures to prevent its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access, in accordance with the legal obligations we assume as those responsible for the treatment.
We agree not to use the data for any other purpose for which it was collected.
How long will we keep your data?
Personal data will be kept until they are necessary for the purpose of processing indicated in the form and subsequently kept properly blocked, available exclusively to Judges and Courts, the Public Prosecutor’s Office or the competent Public Administrations, in order to meet possible responsibilities arising from the treatment until the end of the legal prescription periods established in current regulations.

Anyone has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not Novatec Engineers is processing personal data concerning them.
Interested parties have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, to request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for for the purposes for which they were collected.
