How long will we keep your data?
 
Personal data will be kept until they are necessary for the purpose of processing indicated in the form and subsequently kept properly blocked, available exclusively to Judges and Courts, the Public Prosecutor’s Office or the competent Public Administrations, in order to meet possible responsibilities arising from the treatment until the end of the legal prescription periods established in current regulations.
